All Linen Products must be returned unopened & unused within 21 days of purchasing.
3 Reasons for Linen Returns:
Pillows can not be returned.
All returns must be authorized
To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service at return@royalcaribbeanbeddingcollection.com to obtain a Return Authorization number known as RA number. All returns that are not exchanged for another item and are refunded are subject to a 15% restocking fee (excluding mattresses and mattress sets as described below:).
Mattresses and Mattress sets carry a 20% restocking fee. Do not discard packaging for mattresses and box spring, including corrugated boxes and plastic covers as pick up at your location CANNOT AND WILL NOT take place unless mattresses and mattress sets are packed with original packaging items. No Exceptions.
Please note, we do not back order. If the requested items are not in stock by the time we process your RA, your credit card will be refunded for the value of the items returned to our warehouse to avoid further delay on your request. In this case the 15% restocking fee will be waived.
All items must be returned in a new, unused and un-washed condition. All original tags must still be attached. We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund shipping costs.
Send your return with insured registered mail provided by the United Postal Service, UPS or Fed-Ex. Please include return with addresses, day time phone number & cellular phone number (if applicable). Please include photocopy of your order confirmation and RA number along purchase order number on the top right corner of your original purchase Invoice. (P.O Number)
Pack your items in the original shipping box if possible and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it using the delivery service of your choice. We will not be responsable for lost or stolen return. You must include the RA number given to you with your return. We will notify you once your return has been processed.

All Mattress & Mattress Set orders are shipped by UPS Freight 3-5 business days and all other Bedding Products are shipped UPS Ground 2-6 business days depending on your location in the U.S. Your order is shipped within 48 hours after you receive an email confirmation from Global Resources Registry LLC.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. We can only ship to your credit card billing address for security reasons. If your shipping address is different from your billing address you will need to inform us at info@royalcaribbeanbeddingcollection.com
We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays nor during Holidays. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday same as Holidays. This may cause our order processing time to increase.
Global Resource Registry LLC charges tax for orders shipped in the state of Florida. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.

Discounts can not be combined or stacked with other active discount codes, special promotions, or offers.
